As lgbtq people heal from homophobic oppression and press for positive changes in the world around us, we always need gay-friendly allies!
Not everyone may agree with us on every issue, yet there are so many ways that good-hearted and well-meaning people of many faiths and political persuasions can join us in our struggle for civil rights: for gay marriage, equality in the military, nondiscrimination, and ending anti-gay violence.

One recent ally was so bothered by a religious group removing themselves from her forum because she offered gay-positive resources, that she purposely sought out more lgbt resources to offer her readers!
Her name is Theresa Shamanka, and here’s a link to her website, which provides a wealth of resources for many different aspects of diversity, culture, upcoming events, and previews of coming attractions! WiseWebChat.
Another resource is MenStuff, which is oriented toward men’s issues in general, and is also very gay-friendly with resources on homophobia, countering “ex-gay” treatment assumptions, coming out, bullying, etc.
